RemixCloud is a hosting service operated by Vista Tech & Art GmbH, Berlin, Germany ("we", "us"). See Imprint.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials private and for all activity under your account. One person or legal entity per account. Sub-accounts within your tenant are your responsibility.
We provide a managed Kubernetes tenant on our cluster with included CPU/memory/storage/bandwidth per your chosen plan, plus TLS certificates, DNS, and a control plane for basic operations. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime on free or Hobby tiers. Pro and Scale tiers include an SLA as described on the pricing page.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where legally required, we will cooperate with law enforcement.
Fees are in EUR, charged in advance per billing period (monthly or yearly). Overages are billed in arrears on the next invoice. VAT is added where required by law. Late payments enter a 7-day grace window; after that we may suspend the tenant. After 30 days suspended, we may delete the namespace and its data.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate refunds for partial months. German statutory rights of withdrawal for consumers remain unaffected.
You own the data you put on the platform. We only access it for operational reasons (e.g. migrating storage, restoring from backup) or when legally compelled. See the Privacy policy for details on processing and retention.
The service is provided "as is." We exclude all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability for damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event — except for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life/body/health, which are not limited.
We may amend these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period is acceptance. Material pricing changes give you a right to cancel immediately.
German law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Berlin, Germany. EU consumer protections remain unaffected.
